Q1：クラブに入った当初の目的やきっかけは何ですか？　What goal(s) did you want to achieve when you joined our club?

I want to bring my personal communication and leadership skills to a higher level.
自分のコミュニケーション・リーダーシップスキルをより高めたいと思ったためです。

Q2：杜の都トーストマスターズクラブに入って得られたものは何ですか？　What did you gain in this club?

I gained a lot from Morinomiyako. First, I am more confident when I deliver a speech in front of people. I can even say that I feel more comfortable and that I enjoy delivering speeches. As for leadership skills, I learned how to successfully lead and manage a team to achieve specific goals, and to push myself to be better at communicating with my team members.
たくさんです。まず初めに、人前で話すことにもうそこまで抵抗がなくなりました。それどころか、スピーチをするときに、楽しいという気持ちや、心地良さを感じることも増えました。リーダーシップという点については、実際にどのように、目標に向かってチームを率いて管理していくのかを学ぶことができました。そしてその経験によって、自分自身もチームメンバーと話すときによりよいコミュニケーションを取れるようになりました。

Q3：クラブに今後期待することは何ですか？ How do you wish Morinomiyako TMC to progress in the future?

I hope that Morinomiyako TMC will impact more people, Japanese and foreigner alike, in becoming better communicators and leaders.
私としては、杜の都TMCに、日本人・外国人に関わらずもっとたくさんの人がより良いコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、より良いリーダーになれるようなインパクトを持ってほしいと思っています。

Q4：今後自分がクラブ活動で取り組んで実現したいことは何ですか？ What future goals do you still wish to attain?

I want to create professional speaking opportunities that are either related to my personal life or my business, so that I can help others to grow and to keep on improving.
今後、自分のライフワークか仕事のいずれかに関連して、自分で話すワークショップ等を設けていき、他の人がより成長できる手助けをしていきたいです。
